With Kundalini and Reiki working in synergy, everything will be different. First, the preparation before Kundalini awakening is done by the first-degree attunement that occurs just one day before the actual Kundalini awakening. The preparation consists of a light cleansing, removal of all knots in the chakras along the sushumna and the opening of the whole sushumna. This is already a big leap in cleansing.

Second, the Kundalini awakening itself is an instant one. The second-degree attunement in Reiki consists of shaktipat to awaken the Kundalini of every practitioner. The fire of the Kundalini will reach at least the navel chakra and the energy will burst out around 1.5 to 2 meters above the crown chakra!

Then, as all the chakra knots along the sushumna have already been removed, the whole sushumna is open, and both Kundalini and divine energies are working in synergy, you can expect much better and faster results. As the cleansing is done simultaneously at all chakras at once by two of the most powerful energies, you can expect to have the full cleansing done within years. This means that the core of your Kundalini can reach your crown chakra within only a few years. And we are not simply saying it. As you know, we are sharing with you how to be able to use your Inner Heart, the all-knowing part of you. As you will be able to use your Inner Heart within months of the initial learning, you will be able to monitor your Kundalini with your Inner Heart and discover all you need to know for your spiritual growth with your Inner Heart. The ability to use the Inner Heart is a luxury for every spiritual practitioner. Indeed, for us the Inner Heart is a must for spiritual growth. Without being able to use your Inner Heart, you may be doing things according to concepts or ideas, but they may not be the real truth. The real truth is known only by your Inner Heart.

Distant Reiki Healing Tips


Practice hands on reiki :-


I am definitely one that needs to heed this advice. I have a tendency to focus on distant healing too much because I love it and I have seen it work really well. (I sometimes wonder if people have different propensities towards certain styles of spiritual practice. some drawn to prayer. some to meditation. that sort of thing. Because, I know I am drawn to distant healing.)


But if you want to give better distant healing. You should give lots of hands on healing. It is the foundation of the reiki path, and although it is the focus of the first level of reiki training, it should never be considered a level you move past, or eventually have no need for. There is no substitute in reiki practice and training to hands on healing.


Healthy diet :-


I have talked about this a little before. But, the healthier your diet, the healthier you’re energy channels, and the easier the reiki will flow. If you think about it like this. Perhaps when you received your reiki 1 empowerment, as a result you were able to give 80% worth of your potential reiki. The last 20% comes from healthy diet, meditation and exercises. Anything that will improve the overall healthiness of your Nadis (subtle energy channels, through which your shakti flows).

It is also a fact that the healthier your channels and then the more easy your ki flows through them, the more clear will be your mind, and the stronger will be your willpower, greater will be your dedication to spiritual practice/healing, and your intention will be healthier too.    


Keep your distant healing box up-to-date :-


It is a topic of disagreement within the wider reiki community as to whether it matters whether you have a strong and clear intention when giving distant healing. I personally think it does matter. And that it helps if you clearly have in mind what it is you are sending reiki too. Which is easier to do if you keep the contents of your distant healing box up-to-date. But, having said that, I also have a great big shoe box, with everything I have ever sent distant healing to within it. And I cannot get close to either keeping in mind, nor remembering everything within that box. But when I pull out a piece of paper that says “mum situation” or “donyo work situation”. I am sure they have benefited from the reiki, and have improved or healed as a result. So I also believe that some benefit is still received when you do not have a clear intention or know what you are sending reiki to.


Focus when you are sending distant healing :-


This is similar to the last point. But, is worth having under its own point. I am a believer in the idea that having a clear focus on the object you are sending reiki to helps the distant healing. Further than this though, I think you will send better healing if your mind is clear and present when you do it. So, this tip is to say. Do not be distracted when you are sending your distant healing (watching TV for example. although I confess I do this all the time)


Drink lots of water :-


This is a good tip for any type of reiki practice. It helps reduce the intensity of clearing symptoms.


Practice meditation :-


If you go along with the theory that being able to focus during your distant healing sessions is helpful then meditation is a key to helping you develop that inspiration. Daily sitting meditation was recommended by Usui Sensei, and is great for helping build concentration.

One of the important things to know about meditation is that it is about quality and consistency. It is better to sit for 10 minutes and really practice meditation every day, than to force yourself to sit for 5 hours and only do it every now and again. His Holiness Dalai Lama recommends us beginners start with 2 minutes. That way as well your mind does not rebel against the idea of sitting, and you actually find yourself looking forward to the task. Much better than setting yourself up to fail!


Send Distant Reiki to your self sending distant reiki :-


This is a great little trick, I think anyway. Julian my friend always send reiki to himself and his loved ones at all times. But, if you are dealing with a specific healing situation or issue I strongly recommend including yourself in your distant reiki healing box, or whatever you use (sometimes Julian just thinks of the things he is sending reiki to and folds her hands at her waist).

This will help you stay clear and centered while you are sending reiki and will also pacify any potentially intense clearing symptoms that may arise from the healing session. As distant healing is a good way of dealing with emotional issues, and past situations, this is very likely.


Do not over do it :-


As with sitting meditation, 10 mins of concentrated, focused, good quality distant healing is better than 10 hours of distracted, bored, mindless distant reiki. A Tibetan proverb says 1 moment of meditation is better than 100 years of normal life. And you are more likely to be consistent with your reiki practice and healing sessions if you keep a happy mind that does not feel burdened by having to slog through hours and hours of reiki.


Push yourself to increase your self-discipline and self-Confidence.

Some of you may think that what is written here is too good to be true. However, as you can read in other sections, we are sharing with you how to use your Inner Heart. The heart is special. As is known in every culture, the real truth lies within the heart because no being can manipulate your heart. With your own Inner Heart, which you will be able to use just a few months after your first day of learning Reiki, you will be able to observe on your own everything that we mention here, everything that we share with you. What we share is not a concept or a theory, but real the truth. You can prove everything that we have mentioned with your own Inner Heart.

EASY WAY TO SEE HUMAN AURAS



Guys this Tech works 100% of time, there are many we can find but this one had always clicked for me.



An aura is the three-dimensional energy field that surrounds the bodies of all beings and things. The healthier you are, the further the aura will extend out from your body.




HOW TO SEE THE AURA?



To see the aura you have to be able to relax and concentrate, at the same time. There is a trick to focusing the eyes in a special way.



1. You need soft light to train in, not dim, but good soft light. No harsh light or a reflection of it shining in your eyes! Get a book and cover it in blue or red crepe paper. Stand the book upright on a table several feet from you. Make sure you have a neutral background, light tan, soft grey, off white or even a black board is good. If the wall colour is wrong, hang a sheet of neutral coloured paper or cloth on it. Experiment with distance until you find what is easiest for you.
 

Note: The auras of the colours Blue and Red are the brightest and easiest to see. Blue has a Yellow aura and Red has a Green aura. The brightness and tone of the colour varies with the shade of colour used, so pick a bright primary colour to begin with.



2 .  Close your eyes take a few deep breaths and relax. When you are calm, look at the book. Focus your eyes on nothing, just a little to the side and a foot or two behind it. Hold and get used to that focus but don't strain your eyes or tense your forehead. Concentrate! You need a gentle, steady unfocus, just like day-dreaming.


After a while you will see a pale milky aura coming from the object. Keep looking steadily at it and a bright yellow or green aura will start building up from the object. Don’t changes focus or look directly at it or the aura will disappear.

Once you have done this and seen your first aura, you have taken the first step into a much larger world.

There is a reason for the strange un-focus. The outer field of vision is many times more sensitive than the focused area is. Have you ever seen a movement, out of the corner of your eye, only to turn and see nothing there? What you may have seen is an aura building up from some coloured object and your outer field of vision has detected it.


3. Once you have completed the first step, gather several books and cover them with different coloured paper. Study these one at a time and write down the auric colour for it. Next try using two at a time, and watch how the colours affect each other.


4. Get a pot plant or bunch of flowers and study the aura. The aura you see will emanate from the plant itself and also from the colours of the petals. The Orange hue comes from the green of the stems and leaves. You will also see a more distinct etheric and a shimmering optical effect around them. This is the life force of the plant.


5. For the next step use an animal, dog or cat etc, if you have on. Try and observe them when they are resting.

6.  Observe your own aura. This can be done both inside and outside in the sun. Hold your arm out and study it against the sky or clouds. Alternatively, lie down and look at your legs. Make sure the skin is bare when you do this, and remember, grass will give an orange hue to your aura.

When you feel proficient enough, try it with a human subject. Just remember to keep calm and don't try too hard. Do the same as in the original training exercise. When you try it on a person though, get them to remove some of their clothing and study the bare skin area, with this area highlighted against a neutral background.

7. On a human the first thing you will see is the etheric, like pale smoke clinging to the skin. Next you will see a shimmering optical effect in the air extending maybe several inches, depending on the strength of the person's aura. Keep trying and colour will build up from the etheric, this is the aura.

With practice you will be able to see more and more of it. The coloured part of the human aura can vary from a few inches to a couple of feet wide.

8. The brightness of a person's aura has a lot to do with how they feel. If they feel happy and full of life their aura is stronger and easier to see. Try getting them to wear headphones and listen to their favorite music, this will help energize their aura.

9. Try it on your volunteer outside. Make sure the sun is behind you and use clouds as a backdrop.
 


Note: The basic auras of colours are as follows:



Blue = Yellow aura,

Red = Green aura,

Green = Orange aura,

Yellow = Pale Blue aura,

Orange = Pale Green aura,

Violet = Pale Gold aura,

Indigo = Gold aura,

Pink = Iridescent Green.




Common Aura Colors:



The following is a list of aura colors that are associated with the person’s conscious and subconscious state. The color spectrum varies with a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states.



Red: The color of strength, passion, impulsiveness and will.



Orange: Color of affection, kindness, and creativity. The muddier shades denote vanity, while golden orange represents self-control. Someone with orange in his/her aura may suffer from kidney troubles



Yellow: Mental activity, optimism, perfectionism, responsibility, sometimes shyness.



Green: The color of sympathy and reliability. The person may be an effective healer. Dark shades of green however indicate one who is jealous or hesitant.



Blue: The color of calm, and spiritual and material attainment. May sometimes represent a tendency to moodiness and depression.



Indigo/Violet: The colors of the seeker who has inborn psychic and intuitive abilities. They represent an astounding ability in the handling of practical matters. Dark shades may show that the person is often misjudged and misunderstood. May indicate heart or stomach trouble.



Black: The color of self-protection. The person is good at ‘wearing masks’.



Pink: A compassionate person who is fond of the arts. Darker shades of pink may point to immaturity and irresponsibility.



White: Purity and honesty. A color associated with spiritually evolved persons.



Silver: The person might be pregnant or is going to be soon!



However, this is not always so. Seeing this may indicate a person who is allowing great creativity in their life.



Sometimes you experience the interplay of an outside energy field upon your aura.



You can tell this is happening to you in the following circumstances:



•When you are around some people and you feel ‘drained’ and weak.

•When you feel there is someone staring at you intensely?

•When you have an instant liking or disliking for someone you’ve just met.

•When you sense someone’s presence before you saw this person.
